In implementation of the transparency obligation pursuant to Article 25 (2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1083 (European Media Freedom Act, EMFA), KfW publishes an annual summary of its expenditure on state advertising.

The information covers all paid advertising and information initiatives commissioned via media service providers or online platforms – for example, advertisements, radio or TV adverts, and digital campaigns.

The table below contains the information required by law and is updated annually. Data from previous years is archived and remains available.

For the following KfW investments, a “nil” notification is issued: Advertising expenses amounted to EUR 0.00 in the period from 08 August 2025 to 31 December 2025 for Expand Netzbetreiber GmbH, Finanzierungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft mbH (FuB), Interkonnektor GmbH, NDF DEUTSCHLAND GmbH & Co. KG, PAF II FEEDER GmbH & Co. GESCHLOSSENE INVKG, Selent Netzbetreiber GmbH, tbg-Technologie-Beteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, VERDANT CAPITAL HYBRID FUND I GmbH & Co. KG and Vulcan Energie Ressourcen GmbH.
