    Service-minded and sustainable – how we design our services for KfW

    As an innovative and competent service provider, we offer KfW's employees a clear, market-based and high-quality range of services. Our aim is to respond quickly and flexibly to new requirements and to approach service solutions with a creative mind. We also endeavour to offer our services in line with market conditions, and work in a way that optimises costs in order to achieve this. In doing so, we observe the framework conditions specified by KfW. Our aim is to strike the right balance between customer satisfaction, cost management and responsible HR policy.

    As Germany's biggest environmental and climate bank, KfW Group is devoted to remaining below current emission thresholds and surpassing energy efficiency standards in its own office buildings as well. KfW seeks to be on the cutting edge in the use of new energy-saving technologies.
