KfW positions itself as an attractive employer
In 2023, an important focus topic of HR work was the introduction of an employer positioning project. This project involved the various employee groups as well as all managers and the Executive Board in order to define KfW’s position as an employer for the future. The aim for KfW is to attract and retain employees, and to develop their potential.
Highlights included:
- Remote working and geographical flexibility have been strengthened with a permanent staff agreement
- KfW cultural development as an important basis for the successful further development of KfW
- KfW employee survey carried out with good ratings for the assessment of sustainable and responsible business at the bank
