Almost every fourth job in Germany depends on foreign trade. In order to safeguard Germany’s long-term success as an export nation, KfW supports numerous companies and projects worldwide. We show, for example, how export credit insurance gives companies in risk countries security and how the construction of a railway line sustainably improves life and trade in Ethiopia.
