Service-minded and sustainable – how we design our services for KfW
As an innovative and competent service provider, we offer KfW's employees a clear, market-based and high-quality range of services. Our aim is to respond quickly and flexibly to new requirements and to approach service solutions with a creative mind. We also endeavour to offer our services in line with market conditions, and work in a way that optimises costs in order to achieve this. In doing so, we observe the framework conditions specified by KfW. Our aim is to strike the right balance between customer satisfaction, cost management and responsible HR policy.
The efficient use of energy is an important part of KfW's sustainability strategy. To achieve this goal, KfW has introduced an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001. This system is designed to help optimise energy consumption and reduce environmental impact.
