The winner of the people's choice award has been decided: Saxony’s state winner HolyPoly wins the people's choice prize at the KfW Entrepreneurs’ Award 2025. This award secures prize money of EUR 5,000 for the company. HolyPoly impressed the jury with a sustainable business idea and a comprehensive concept for the circularity of plastic materials. The competition is aimed at innovative start-ups from all over Germany. HolyPoly had already won the state prize for Saxony and has now prevailed against the other state winners in the people's choice award.

The company develops innovative circular solutions – from the take-back system to advanced recycling processes and product design. With the “Owned Streams” concept, it provides brand manufacturers with exclusive, tailored material flows and high-quality recyclate that meets the standards of new products. This makes recycling not a waste solution, but a reliable source of high-quality product materials.

The KfW Entrepreneurs’ Award recognises young companies that are breaking new ground with creative ideas and social responsibility. In addition to the people's choice award, experts name winners from each state as well as one national winner, recognising entrepreneurial spirit and innovative potential in Germany.
