Invoices as a PDF attachment
Invoices as a PDF attachment < Euro 1,000.00 net or third country:
- Invoices can also be sent electronically as a PDF attachment to an email to the central invoice address .
- Electronic invoices in file formats other than PDF or invoice data in the email text are not accepted for central invoice verification. PDF files larger than 4 MB or with password protection cannot be processed. ZIP files cannot be processed.
