Grants for the "Age-appropriate Conversion - barrier reduction" programme are in high demand. The funds provided to KfW by the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB) for 2026 are already fully allocated to applications.

Therefore, no more applications can be submitted in this promotional programme as from today.

Existing commitments remain valid. Federal budget funds for these have been reserved. All applications received so far will be processed and committed if the funding requirements are met.
