Presidial and Nomination Committee

The Presidial and Nomination Committee deals with and in part prepares legal and administrative matters as well as issues of fundamental significance for business and corporate policy for the Board of Supervisory Directors. In urgent matters it can take final decisions (urgency decisions) in place of the Board of Supervisory Directors. The Presidial and Nomination Committee furthermore attends to nomination matters.
